Effective date: March 8, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Tri-Valley CS LLC ("Tri-Valley CS", "we", "us", or "our") and governs your use of TCS Tracker (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
Subject to this Agreement, Tri-Valley CS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers' terms and policies.
The Service and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Tri-Valley CS and its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRI-VALLEY CS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
